Me

For over 15 years, Justin Springer has dedicated his career to helping people unlock their physical potential. After earning his Master’s in Exercise Science, Justin spent 10 years coaching collegiate athletes at the highest level—designing strength and conditioning programs that improved performance, prevented injuries, and built a foundation of lifelong fitness.

Transitioning into private training, he has since worked with over 50 clients, guiding men and women between the ages of 30 and 60 toward healthier, stronger, more confident versions of themselves. His approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, accountability, and progress that fits real life.

A former University of Kansas football player, Justin brings the same focus, intensity, and heart from the field into every training session. Through SpringTimeTraining, his mission is simple: to provide smart, effective, and personalized workouts that help people move better, feel better, and live with more energy every single day.
